Rugby taster for young and old on Mother’s Day

Free time for mom on Mother’s Day? And dad and the kids are busy? That sounds tempting. While mom gets some time off, the rest of the family can spend the morning at the Forest Stadium playing rugby. Win-win, so to speak. The game starts at 11 a.m. Afterwards, there will be a barbecue and cold drinks.

Anyone between the ages of 6 and 10 and 16 and older can participate, regardless of gender. In just under two hours, the individual areas of the game are explained in detail without pressure, in a beginner-friendly manner, and under expert guidance. Of course, there can be some action, but only for those who are not afraid of contact. Everyone else can take it easy and explore the sport at their own pace. Sturdy sportswear, running or soccer shoes and something to drink are sufficient for participation. After the training there will be tasty food from the grill and cold drinks.

Why rugby is the right sport

Tall, short, light or heavy – there is a suitable position for really every stature in a rugby team. Everyone can contribute their skills. And if the fitness is not (no longer) present, this builds up again quickly in training.
